Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Brightlock Cyber, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice, that means you should be able to:
- use every page, form, tool and the readiness report with a keyboard alone,
- zoom text up to 200% without content being cut off,
- use the site with a screen reader, with labelled form fields and buttons,
- read everything in plain English, with good colour contrast.
How we test
We check every page with automated accessibility testing and by hand, on desktop and mobile screen sizes, whenever we make changes.
Known limitations
- Certificates and reports are saved as PDFs using your browser's print function. The text can be read, but headings may not be tagged as fully as a professionally produced PDF.
- Word documents in the compliance pack use simple formatting. If you need a different format, tell us.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email us at info@brightlockcyber.com. We'll reply within five working days.
